Shipping Policy

Our shipping, at the basic level, is free of cost. However, if you want to upgrade to a different level, you will be required to pay the upgraded cost and there would be no reduction. At, we strive hard to provide different delivery options to customers while simultaneously trying to cut down on shipping costs and maintaining the quality of our internal operations. We are, therefore, in contact with different mail and parcel carriers for the singular purpose of providing optimal delivery options to our clients. Carrier Agents, Service Level Options and the Geographic Locations

At this point in time we are connected to the following mail and parcel carriers. The geographic locations that are serviced by them are indicated against their names. The current service level options are also provided. Please note that the length of delivery time cannot be predicted because of the involvement of the Customs and the local postal services.

In case you would need a change of carrier or a service level option, please get in touch with right away and specify your requirements. We will try to make the change at the earliest possible instant.

Delivery Options Outside the US

Keeping in mind the fact that many of our customers may be from outside the United States, we are in the process of facilitating delivery to such addresses. However, does not make any guarantee with respect to the customs charges, delays with respect to the delivery times, local taxes that may be applicable, or importation fees as shipping laws vary widely. holds no responsibility for extension of delivery times due to interruptions such as political events, local holidays, weather, and other happenings that are outside our control. Customers’ awareness of shipping issues and appropriate choice of carriers and service level options according to their place of residence and needs will serve to help us achieve a high level of delivery satisfaction. If the customers supply their contact information, we can further assist them on a timely basis by keeping them informed of any issues or problems connected with shipment or delivery of goods to their address.

Restrictions on Delivery Addresses
It is important to know that all carriers do not deliver to all addresses. There some carriers such as UPS and Federal Express that do not deliver to PO box addresses. Carrier policies are also different with respect to each of the carriers.

Service Level Option Restrictions
Options are such as Priority Mail and Next day AM Delivery are not available for all locations.

Customer Duties

Customers should provide an acceptable shipping address based on the carrier and level of service opted for. Further, the customer should immediately notify both the carrier and if there is any damage and retain the packing material, upon receipt and inspection of the product, in order prefer a claim for in-transit damage.

Shipping Practices

All orders shipped by us enable tracking as well as delivery confirmation. Moreover, all the products shipped are insured against loss/damage in transit. Claims for loss/damage can be registered by calling us on 866-518-9006. Products are shipped on all working days, Monday through Friday, except holidays. In the case of holidays, products are shipped on the next working day. Orders received after 2 pm are shipped on the next working day.
